Toby's Estate, from Australia, is now in Manila with more and more branches. Happily hopped in one of their branches in Salcedo Village, Makati.
Glassy exterior |
Perfect for thinking :) |
Their interior is mostly composed of wood. Their walls wood on the other and white bricks on the adjacent. Hanging from their wooden ceiling are interesting lighting fixtures that reminds me of Harry Potter. While on the other portion where walls with different time are hung, it reminds one that, "Hey! It's going to be a busy day so perk up!" Good thing the sight of succulents in the middle remind to say, "but before that. relax, here's a cup for you."

I enjoyed Hot Mocha at Php 160 (ordered as to-go, sorry!). It's not sweet as it is. But its very rich and smooth.

Happy morning! |
Good morning, succulent! |
[updated]
AND.... back just a few days after. This time since it was in the afternoon already, ditched caffeine for Chai Chocolate at Php 150.
Chia Chocolate= Minty |
The small glass has an interesting taste. It's not chocolaty but minty. I felt the need to adjust a bit but in hindsight, it was pleasurable.
Cup of happiness? |
Speaking of pleasurable, their Pistachio Cheese Cake at Php 250 is heaven! Recommended! Way way way better than Purple Oven. It's not chiffon but bet real pistachios some finely grind some just chopped. So good with or without the whip. With this, I can just imagine the pleasure their other cakes will give. That's a plus point!
Yummers! |
Further, I did not find the drink and the cake too sweet together. It was perfect! This time, too took a shot of how their coffee looks dine-in. Yes in a wide black cup. And hey, noticed that the art is a flower now? Cool!
Cup-pe na! |
