Friuli Trattoria Pizza and Pastas at Maginhawa

If there's an Italian restaurant I'd travel far to, it should be the hard-to-pronounce-hard-to-remember Friuli Trattoria in Maginhawa, QC. Though it's quite a sweat summoning up its name, what I cannot forget is its authentic taste at an awesome price!

Ready to choose!

I cry as we don't have something similar in the South (or prolly I'm not privy to it). Anyhow, I enjoyed as much as I can, with good friends to boot, at this side of Maginhawa.

The place is very simple. No frills. But don't underestimate their menu. They only have a single published size for the pizza, and got to choose two (2) flavors:

Viva Venezia at Php 220, their bestseller with lean ground beef, olives, mushrooms, green bell peppers and onions.

All Meat at Php 250, with lean ground beef, ham, pepperoni and Italian sausage.

Both were good! But I enjoyed Viva Venezia more. Also ordered Spaghetti with Tuna and Mushroom at Php 120. At this price, it's already a plateful! Their spaghetti had water on the pasta when they served it, but surprisingly it was still good. I don't know if that's how it's really served. Nevertheless, it did not disappoint.
