Aida's Chicken in Manokan Country, Bacolod

The best chicken inasals are the pride of Bacolod. Even if it has invaded Metro Manila already (like JT's Manukan), there's nothing like eating it from its roots. One of the famous (yet affordable) chicken inasal go-to is Aida's Chicken.

It was just a small and non-air conditioned eatery but the Masskara Festival theme of the place was evident.

From Aida's Chicken menu, ordered Paa (drumstick with thigh part) at Php 75. It was not so big but then that maybe is the reason why it's so tasty. It was juicy, too!

Also tried their Kansi, Ilongo's bulalo version only that it's sour. It was good also and not so irritatingly sour.

Service time was just a bit slow but the end-product was worth it. Must visit!
